Standard Shipping: Via UPS Ground Service Usual transit time 3 - 6 business days.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii Puerto Rico, APO and FPO Addresses.
Next Day Air Service: Delivery on Next Business Day
Order cut-off time 3pm EST
No delivery on weekends.
Ground service shipping will be Free for orders over $ 150.00 regardless of weight.
To ship to PO Box address, customers must select First Class Mail as your shipping method.
*Please note that occasionally an item can be out of stock and in such situation we will inform you in a timely manner.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only.
If you receive any package with contents damaged or missing via UPS, please call 1 800 PICK UPS with the tracking number on the shipping label and file a claim. You will need to save the packaging for inspection by UPS.
If an order was not received by the recipient within 15 days of the original order date customer must inform us via email or fax of non receipt. We are sorry we are unable to take responsibility for any package that has been lost in transit and not informed within 15 days due to the reason that carrier does not accept lost investigation claims beyond this period. If a valid email address is provided we always email you the tracking information upon shipment.
Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping is available for an additional charge of $1.99 per item. Please select gift wrapping option on the order form. A short gift message can be added at no charge. Please enter your message on the provided space on order form.
International orders
We are sorry we do not process international orders including any order placed with overseas issued credit cards even if it is shipped within USA.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and value you trust. We guarantee we will never, for any reason, divulge any information you provide to us. Your email address will be added to our own special offer email list. Opt-out instructions will be included in every email. This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All information entered by you are accepted through secured server pages and cannot be read by anyone else.
Return/Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, refunds will be made for the items returned within 14 days from Invoice date.
You will be charged a 15% restocking fee for the return.
Returns are accepted only if the fragrance is returned unopened and in resellable condition.
Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at info@perfumeloop.com, providing the reason for return. The RMA number must be written on your original invoice and on the return shipping label. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official RMA number will not be accepted. Return items must be delivered to our return processing location within 15 days of issue of RMA number. We are sorry, we cannot accept COD packages.
If the product you're returning included a special offer, the additional item(s) must also be returned, or you may choose to have the cost subtracted from your refund.
Refunds will be made in the same manner the original purchase was made. We will refund the purchase price of the item less the original shipping and handling costs. If free shipping was provided, you will be charged for the shipping
